You're in great hands with Dr. CarrDr. Carr is involved with a variety of volunteer work throughout the Valley and across the world. Dr. Carr is an active member of the Boule Eyeglass Program; a program founded in1995. This program offers needy children the gift of sight through multiple clinics facilitated by Dr. Carr and his colleagues in which children are examined and given a pair of eyeglasses at no cost. Furthermore, Dr. Carr actively participates in medical mission work. Dr. Carr has been an avid contributor of several missions, Friends of the Children of Lascahobas, Haiti, Inc., Flying Doctors (LIGA), and Medical Mission of Samoa. As a member of the medical team, Dr. Carr and several ophthalmologists travel around the globe to examine patients, distribute eyeglasses, and even perform surgery.
